Guardians of the Mountain · Process

How it works.

Getting to your first track day should feel clear, supported, and manageable. Here is how Guardians helps.

Start with the form.

Tell us what you need. From there, Guardians staff can help sort out logistics, paperwork, support, and next steps.

The steps
01

Express interest.

Express interest using our Get Help form. Tell us about yourself, what you ride, and what you hope to learn from doing your first track day. If you're already a track-day rider and you'd like to volunteer assistance, that works too.

02

Talk with Guardians.

Communicate with Guardians staff about your support needs. Ask questions about the required safety gear, what it takes to get your motorcycle track ready, and any logistical questions you have about attending your first track day. If you're a volunteer, let us know about your riding experience and which event you'd like to attend.

03

Sign the waiver.

Sign the participant waiver for the Guardians event you wish to attend. Waivers are required for all attendees at Guardians events. Guardians group discounts and financial assistance are available only once the waiver is signed.

04

Handle reimbursement paperwork.

If receiving financial assistance, sign the reimbursement agreement. Reimbursements are available only for selected first-time track riders, and only when organizational funding is available.

05

Register for the event.

Register directly with the track-day provider using the provided discount code and group name. You must use the provided discount code and group name when registering to be included in the Guardians event.

06

Ride your first track day.

Show up, complete registration and tech inspection, and join us in the paddock. Reimbursements are processed on-site only after successful event registration.
